Job Description:
We are searching for an experienced cold email copywriter who specializes in understanding customer personas and creating captivating email subject lines and persuasive copy targeted specifically at real estate professionals. Our company, WXLLSPACE, is an art-tech marketplace platform that connects real estate operators with artists for mural projects across the US. We are seeking a talented copywriter to help us achieve exceptional open and reply rates for our cold email campaigns.
Our current campaigns target architects, real estate developers, landscape architects, urban planners, and other professionals within the real estate industry.
We use Airtable, Lemlist, ChatGPT, Zapier, and will be integrating with a CRM as well.
Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly understand our target audience and their needs to create customer personas - real estate developers, urban planners, brand agencies, artists
- Conduct research on the industry and our competitors to gather insights for crafting compelling messages
- Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure a consistent brand voice and messaging
- Continuously optimize email copy based on performance metrics and feedback
- Improve current campaigns
Goals
Our budget for this project is $600, which will be broken down into three milestones:
- Improve the open rate by 122.22%
- Improve the reply rate by 691%
- Achieve a 60% open rate and a 10% reply rate for each campaign
Requirements
- Proven experience as a cold email copywriter, preferably in the art or real estate industries - We’d love to see proof!
- Demonstrable success in creating email campaigns with high open and reply rates
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style to different customer personas
